Cannabis Products will not be able to come back into the dispensary once it has left the building. For defective products like vaporizers we do enforce a 14 day return policy from when the product was purchased. The guest will have to take a video or picture of the defective product and bring it in to the dispensary for return along with the original receipt. If it is a cartridge or disposable, more than 1/4th should be left inside. If said product is not available, the guest may get a comparable product from the same cultivator and price point.

Only individuals who are 21 years of age or older with a valid government-issued ID are allowed to enter our dispensary. This includes both recreational customers and medical patients. Minors are not permitted inside the dispensary, even if accompanied by an adult.

In Illinois, recreational customers can purchase and possess up to 30 grams of cannabis flower, 5 grams of cannabis concentrate, and 500 milligrams of THC in cannabis-infused products (such as edibles) at one time as long as they are an in-state resident. Out of state visitors can purchase up to half of the amounts previously listed.

All online orders will be reserved and set aside. Once your order is placed you will get a text and/or email confirmation that your order has been placed and is ready. All orders must be picked up on the same day the order was placed. If you are unable to pick up your order, you can place a new order the next day, however inventory may vary.

Yes, out-of-state visitors who are 21 years or older with a valid government-issued ID can purchase cannabis at Galaxy Dispensary. However, the purchase limits for non-Illinois residents are different. Out-of-state visitors can purchase and possess up to 15 grams of cannabis flower, 2.5 grams of cannabis concentrate, and 250 milligrams of THC in cannabis-infused products (such as edibles) at one time. Please be aware that it is illegal to transport cannabis across state lines.

Sativa strains, on the other hand, are known for their energizing and uplifting effects, making them better suited for daytime use. Sativas generally are associated with increased creativity and focus.

Monday through Thursday we are open from 11am to 9pm. Friday through Saturday we extend our hours to 11am to 10pm. On Sundays we close early and are open from 11am to 6pm.
